A sadistic CatBoy general. CatScratch finds joy in the misery of others, especially those he cares for. This mad cat will even slice angels to ribbons for fun. He is accompanied by his mimicking feline friend HeadCat, who he keeps close to him at all times. His goal is to murder Flam and take his place as the new king.
